Grokker

Search utility.
Grokker is a search utility that organises results by subject. Results can be filtered to produce highlighted categories.

Features include:

• Streamlined interface
• Build, edit and save maps of up to two thousand items
• The Web, Amazon.com and My Files plug ins for searching a hard drive or network drive
• AltaVista, MSN, WiseNut, Fast, Yahoo and Teoma search engines available using The Web plug-in
• Quick Search facility
• Fully functional Web browser based on Microsoft Internet Explorer
• Apply up to four post-filters simultaneously to map items for data-mining
• Apply colour filters to map items.

Grokker – System Requirements

• Microsoft Windows 2000 or XP
• Pentium III at 400MHZ or higher
• 128 MB RAM (256 MB or more recommended for using the file indexing service for the My Files keyword search)
• 100 MB of available hard disk space (20 MB if Java 2 is installed).
